CT3 – Castello for real daring – the tail of the fish
This tour is dedicated to the more adventurous walkers and will start from Sant’Elena vaporetto stop. You will reach the furthest end of the tail of the fish. We will go through the Sant’Elena park, known as Parco delle Rimembranze. The walk will reveal the breath-taking view of the Basin of San Marco and the lagoon. We will arrive to Sant’Elena church where are preserved the precious relics of the mother of Emperor Constantine. The tour will lead you through the Gardens of Biennale of Art and from there to the famous previous patriarchal siege of Venice, the church of Saint Peter. The experience will end in a lovely cafè near the Gardens of Biennale after having spent some hours in tranquillity, surrounded by nature and history.
